- Ingen återbetalning av anmälningsavgift efter den 1 juni
- Ingen återbetalning av deltagaravgift sker efter 15 juni efter det kan vi tyvärr ej återbetala då vi har gjort beställningar som är bindande.
- Extra avgift på 200 kr/person för anmälan av specialkost efter 15 juni.
- Vid strykning av lag efter 15 juni uttages straffavgift med 3000 kr/lag.

Mid Nordic Cup & Fotbollsfestival är inte återbetalningsansvarig och är inte heller ansvarig för ekonomisk förlust eller skada som kan uppstå på grund av händelser som ligger utanför Mid Nordic Cup & Fotbollsfestivals kontroll, exempelvis krigsliknande händelse, naturkatastrofer, eldsvåda, översvämning, avbrott i allmänna kommunikationer, myndighetsåtgärd, strejk eller andra force majeure-händelser.

Anmälan är preliminär tills anmälningsavgiften är betald på den faktura ni erhåller efter er anmälan. Om anmälningsavgiften inte kommit oss till handa inom förfallodag kommer er anmälan att tas bort.

OBS rabatten gäller lag från samma klubb (inte om man anmäler ex 2 lag från samma lag)

För hotellboende är det 2 175 kr per deltagare boende 3-4 bäddsrum, 2275 kr per deltagare boende i dubbelrum och 2 600 kr per deltagare boende i enkelrum. Måltider ingår lunch fredag, lördag och söndag och middag fredag och lördag som serveras på skola vid spelområdet, frukost serveras på hotellet.(OBS hotell är fredag till söndag extra natt kan bokas till 550 kr)

Deltagaravgiften skall betalas på fakturan ni erhåller omkring 1 maj 2026 och betalas senast 31 maj 2027.
